Store Policies Shipping: The STANDARD shipping option for all PASurfer Lure shipments is via the United States Postal Service. All shipments are insured and mailed with Delivery Confirmations. We make every effort to ensure that your lures will arrive at their destination without defect. If your shipment arrives damaged in any way, please follow the email instructions below within 24 hours of package receipt, and I will unconditionally authorize its return for replacement. Please note that any subsequent damage to the lure (or any of its components) once you accept possession --- from misuse, abuse, "operator error", normal wear-n-tear, or toothy critters --- is excluded. PASurfer Lures offers the following Returns Policy: If within 24 hours of delivery you find a defect or damage to a lure you deem unexceptable, contact me by emailing ronb@pasurferlures.com with "Requesting Return" as the subject, and a sentence or two describing the problem, prior to shipping the lure(s) that you are returning. Email gives us both a written record to go by; your cooperation is appreciated. Please note that you are responsible for payment of shipping costs incurred to return the lure (no COD's), and it must be returned in its original packaging. |
